   Theresa Leiser, President

Theresa has spent more than 30 years in the property management industry.  Her expertise ranges from single family homes to condo and HOA management, and commercial property management.  Having spent the past 15 years in Palm Beach County, her knowledge of local contractors, plant materials, and business practices is unparalleled.  Theresa has simultaneously managed more than a dozen associations, running multiple Board of Director meetings, writing and managing budgets, bidding and coordinating large-scale improvement projects, and handling the daily tasks of management.  Add to all of this her Dual Master’s Degrees in Project Management and Real Estate Management and Theresa is highly qualified to care for your most precious assets.  She holds Real Estate and Community Association Manager licenses as well as many certifications ranging from HVAC to OSHA training certifications.

Mary has owned and managed Harmony Management accounting services for over 10 years. A life-long accountant, Mary’s experience and education make her the ideal partner for Chateau Chaperones accounting needs.
